The traditional and contemporary teachings of Lomi Lomi Massage believe in the power of love. It is therefore very important to live in harmony with nature and all living things, and to treat creation with great respect. This is expressed towards people, animals and plants through one's own mindful actions. In the Lomi Lomi approach, the world exists as a unity and one works with the universal energy of this unity (Mana Loa), which surrounds us on earth and permeates everything. When I give you a Lomi Lomi massage, I connect with Mana Loa, and work with it. I consciously guide it into your body and to the places where blockages or discomforts are located.
During the Lomi Lomi massage, I pay special attention to your back. Because in the understanding of Lomi Lomi, the back and the shoulder-neck area stand for the future of a person. Since many people today suffer from increased fear of the future, there are also very often blockages and tensions in these areas of the body.
But the other parts of the body are also associated with certain feelings and characteristics. For example, when you feel listless or sad, the chest area above your heart chakra is treated particularly intensively. Joints are especially stimulated when there is insufficient mobility in the mind of my clients. According to the Lomi Lomi teachings, arms and hands stand for readiness for action and can be activated especially for people who have inhibitions in this area.
The abdominal region receives increased attention if there are health problems in the stomach or intestines. According to the Lomi Lomi teachings, anger, frustration and stress often take root in these organs. Since these feelings - as well as other negative emotions - are often not adequately released, tensions and blockages remain here.
Tell me about your physical and mental condition so that we can find out in which regions there are inner and outer blockages. During the massage I also intuitively feel with my hands which other blockages you might have, and then provide exactly these levels with impulses and lots of "Aloha" - universal love. During this process, you may also experience emotional impulses, and changes in thinking and perception may occur. It is precisely these movements and changes in your thoughts and your perception - which may seem a little unusual at first - that are essential for the process of healing.
